when diana said “i’ll never love again” and steve said “i pray that isn’t true” my heart… hurted. because love is not holding someone captive to your spirit even when you’re gone. it’s about letting go. you can’t hope that another person stays single after losing the love of their life. you can’t want that for them. if you really love someone, you’d want them to love again even after you’re not in the picture. like. steve understands love and i love how they portrayed that in the movie.
